Hello! I'm Samantha Rose Gunia, a licensed REALTOR since 2018. I have a diverse background in commercial real estate, with notable deals including the transformation of the old Bohemian Cafe building into the Infusion Taproom in Little Bohemia. I have a deep passion for historic homes and buildings, which is evident in my ongoing renovation of my own 1894 Victorian property in the Field Club/Hanscom Park area.

In addition to my real estate work, I am also an Airbnb/VRBO host, providing unique and memorable experiences for travelers visiting Omaha. I have a strong focus on future renovation, flipping, and investment projects, as I believe in the power of revitalizing properties and neighborhoods. Helping others achieve their real estate dreams is something I truly love. Whether it's finding the perfect home or guiding investors towards profitable opportunities, I am dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of my clients.

Although I was born in Omaha, my experiences have taken me to various cities like Miami, San Diego, LA, and even Prague (CZ). These experiences have broadened my perspective and given me a unique understanding of different housing markets and design styles.

Graduated Cumma Sum Laude from UNO in 2018 with a focus in finance, real estate, & economics. Completed a business program at a prestigious European university. Recipient of numerous awards in customer service and innovation in my career in the insurance industry. Have an extensive background in financial auditing, accounting, and insurance. Have worked for some of the most prestigious Fortune 500 companies, such as Union Pacific, Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices, SiriusXM, and The Hartford Financial Services Group. Have owned, managed, & operated several companies including: janitorial services, hospitality, real estate rentals, & home renovations.

My ultimate goal is to contribute to the preservation of historic buildings and homes, while also developing more housing options to increase affordability and combat homelessness in our city. Together, we can create a thriving community where everyone has access to safe and affordable housing.
