Julie Hergert

In Julie's early years she was an Art teacher with a bachelor's degree from Creighton University. After teaching in Nebraska, Iowa and Missouri she decided to enter the world of real estate and began selling at Home Real Estate. Almost exactly a year after she joined, the company merged and became CBSHome. She became the Education Director and later a Broker Manager. After a few years she realized she missed selling and returned to sales. In 2013 she became Manager of Condo Sales at Midtown Crossing for Mutual of Omaha and remained there seven years while being associated with Berkshire Hathaway and later NP Dodge. In 2022 she became Broker Manager for NP Dodge at the 204th location until its recent merger which encouraged her to seek out a new opportunity -- one of integrity, longevity and superior reputation. That search brought her to the doorstep of Prime Home Realty. With this new relationship Julie intends to continue to provide the same superior quality of service and relationship building practice her colleagues and clients are accustomed to when working with her while at the same time making  each transaction stress and worry free. Life is too short so every day should be a day that is rated as "PRIME"!
