Biography
Real estate is my passion, as my life changed the moment I bought my first home. I’ve been on a mission to help others obtain that feeling since. As an Omaha native, I have an immense amount of love for this city and the great state of Nebraska. When it comes to real estate I’m a one-stop shop, whether it’s a first-time home buyer, seller or an investor, I have you covered.
As a seller’s agent, I’ll provide you up-to-date information on what is happening in the marketplace and evaluate the price, financing, and terms and condition of competing properties to help determine the most advantageous starting point for your home. My experience and strong sense for how to set a home apart from the initial listing all the way through staging and marketing will help us achieve a minimal effort sale.
As a buyer’s agent, for both personal (existing or building) or investment properties, I’ll help you from start to finish. From getting pre-approved for a mortgage, to finding and showing you all of the properties and builders that best match your criteria, to writing and negotiating contracts and home inspections in your best interests.
